Job Description and Responsibilities
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of relevant Oil & Gas EPC project experience
NEBOSH IGC certification - mandatory GCC project experience mandatory
Must be available to join by the first week of January 2026
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across EPC construction activities.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and hazard identification.
Ensure compliance with project HSE plans, client standards, and legal requirements.
Lead Toolbox Talks (TBT), safety inductions, and awareness programs.
Review risk assessments, method statements, and job safety analyses.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports.
Ensure effective PPE usage and safe work practices on site.
Coordinate with construction and subcontractor teams to maintain HSE compliance.
Maintain accurate HSE records, logs, and reports.
