Job Description and Responsibilities
Supervise daily safety activities and ensure all HSE procedures are followed.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety walkthroughs.
Lead Toolbox Talks (TBT), safety induction, and daily briefings.
Assist in incident/near-miss investigations and prepare reports.
Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safe work practices.
Coordinate with project teams to identify hazards and implement controls.
Review risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation.
Monitor subcontractor HSE performance and compliance.
Maintain safety logs, reports, and compliance tracking records.
Support continuous improvement of safety culture on site.
Qualifications & Requirements
Relevant experience in HSE supervision within industrial or construction projects.
Strong understanding of safety regulations, standards, and documentation.
Ability to lead safety teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
NEBOSH/OSHA or equivalent safety certification (preferred).
