Job Description and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Implement and oversee HSE management systems on-site.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations.
Lead safety inductions and toolbox talks for site personnel.
Investigate site incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
Monitor subcontractor safety performance and ensure adherence to project-specific safety plans.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Safety Officer.
Industry Expertise: Mandatory experience in High-Rise Civil Construction within the UAE.
Certifications: NEBOSH IGC (Level 3) is a must.
IOSH Managing Safely.
OSHA or local OSHAD/Dubai Municipality certifications.
Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and EHS regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage safety in high-pressure environments.
