Job Description and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, monitor, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across the site
Conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to ensure safe operations
Ensure compliance with client, statutory, and industry safety regulations
Investigate incidents, report findings, and implement corrective actions
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous safety awareness among all site personnel
Coordinate with project management to maintain safe working practices at all times
Conduct safety training sessions and support employee engagement in safety programs
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
NEBOSH certification Mandatory
Diploma / BE / BTech in Engineering field
Strong knowledge of HSE standards and site safety practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety, accuracy, and professionalism
