Job Description and Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient, disciplined, and smooth operations
Inspect kitchen and hygiene areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
Ensure adherence to food hygiene standards and SOPs
Maintain and update hygiene and safety compliance checklists
Track audit outcomes, hygiene reports, and sample logs via the inspection platform
Prepare daily and periodic compliance reports for management
Report and escalate non-compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are followed
Conduct hygiene, food safety, and SOP training for staff
