Job Description and Responsibilities
NEBOSH certification
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer in Facility Management companies
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Proficiency in MS Office
Attention to detail, problem-solving, and proactive mindset
Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits on a regular basis
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company safety standards
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports
Provide safety training and awareness programs to all employees
Coordinate with management and project teams to maintain safe work practices
Recommend continuous improvements in safety procedures to reduce risks
