Job Description and Responsibilities
Lead & participate in PSSR, JSA, and RAMS for all commissioning activities
Manage PTW/LOTO
Review commissioning, pre-commissioning, and operational procedures to ensure full HSE & environmental integration
Conduct inspections & audits
Monitor subcontractor compliance
Conduct Toolbox Talks & HSE trainings
Support emergency response planning & drills
Lead incident/near-miss investigations (RCA)
Qualifications:
Engineering/HSE degree
NEBOSH/OSHA / IOSH preferred
Experience in Testing & Commissioning projects
